With Occior sitting in the Hospital Lounge, smoking a cigarette as many of his staff seemed stressed from the situations happening across the cloud; the blackened rings of exhaustion beneath Occiors eyes show that he too was suffering from the fatigue of constant medical procedures. His Gentle blue eyes watching his staff as ash from his cigarette fell, deep inside the very soul of Occior, or rather the true entity controling the chaos, the visuals of the Carnage flowed through his mind, something no form of Mental probing would allow viewing of, this sort of connection was far beyond the shinobi capabilities. The Entity taking pleasure in such hysteria and carnage whilst simultaneously insuring that his body seemed stress and exhausted like the rest of the staff, Aito the Being from the shadow realm was undetectable as his chakra signature matched Occior's during his time alive in the Cloud. Whilst Aito's influence did not use his chakra, but rather advance medical implications and segmenting small slivers of his shadow realm existence into the deepest neurons of the brain, granting perfect mind control whilst simultaneously forcing every limiter on the human brain to shut off, these mind controlled Civilians were on Par with Jonin Level Shinobi, whilst the Shinobi of Jonin Rank had become as strong as Kage Leveled Shinobi. Such an act was necessary to ensure a victory for the shadow realm, no matter the cost; and yet in reality Occior sat trying his best to stay awake from 56 hrs of operations even before the strange Infection took over the people of the cloud.

Meanwhile on the streets of the Cloud, the sudden appearance of the Previous Raikage, Kyaro was spontaneous and eruptive, like a Flash of lightning, many of the "Infected" Civilians were his by such a technique to fast to comprehend and react too; though still conscious their eyes gazed upon this Relic of the Cloud who possessed power stronger than a tailed beast. The Little Girl who clung to Kyaro for rescuing her continued to remain in shock, or so it would seem! As in that brief moment where Kyaro would dispatch her attacker there would be a sharp pain in his lower left side; should he look down he'd find a knife piercing through his kidney and a small child with a dimented stare and smile. The Blade which would be pulled towards the back would find itsway carving into the spleen and parts of his Intestinal tract causing red fluids to pour out rapidly as the small girl spoke with such a sadistic tone,​

"Hahaha Tag your it Kyaro!"​

A turn of events even the Previous Raikage could not foresee; revealing in this situation one will not know who is and isn't infected by this "unknown pathogen". The small girl quickly pushing away from Kyaro with a force almost unnatural as she slid back giggling holding the very knife that would have wounded the Previous Raikage as the small girl slowly raised the blade towards her lips licking the blood from it as insider her mind, watching with excitement Airo seemed delighted, he would be gaining the strongest shinobi in the cloud, his mission was nearing its next stage; but at the same time he'd need to have Kyaro seem fine after the process of control is done before putting him on the board to play. Meanwhile as the girl watched two Chunin who were infected watched slowly dropped from the rooftops, their bodies emitting steam caused by their bodies lack of limiters, as if an aura replicating the power of a Kage stood in conjunction to Kyaro the two smiled with such a delighted expression, Kunai's in hand these two were preparing to strike down the previous Raikage or were they? Could this be a ploy to have Kyaro let loose and destroy this section of the village? Throughout the village, including the Medical Ward, carnage was scurging through the village, making isolating any one spot as a source Impossible. The events having started in the western most part of the village now spreading in a clockwise notion and moving inwards towards the Raikage's Office ever so gradually. A plan perfectly flawless along with Airo's ploy of acting as Occior he was one shadow that was a needle in the haystack metaphorically.

The air was thick with tension, and the remnants of the chaos still echoed through the village. Unbeknownst to Kyaro, the girl was also possessed she held a concealed weapon. In a shocking twist, the girl, whom Kyaro had seeemingly saved moments ago, swiftly turned on him. However, one thing that prevented from the child getting the full effect she was intending was Kyaro's chakra. His body was naturally electric in itself added with his own chakra laced with electricity, surged through her body the moment the tip of the knife made connection with his skin. The very energy that had one shielded her from harm, was now the very source electrocuting her; Her body twiched involuntarily and her grip on the weapon faltered. With a swift motion, Kyaro gripped the child's hair that was hanging over his shoulder and pulled her from his back as he stared at her dangling from her hair like a rat from its tail.

Kyaro: So, there's no way of knowing who's possessed until they try to kill. This makes things a little more interesting.​

Kyaro then tossed the girl to the side. At the same time, two other shinobi shinobi appeared at his sides, both having kunai in hand which he could only assume was meant for him. But in case they were allies, he wouldn't make a move until he was given a reason to. During this time, he was also channeling his chakra, focusing an abundance of it around his fists. The air crackled with an intense energy, reminiscent of a storm brewing on the horizon. Kyaro's fist became a conduit for the power of lightning, charged with an overwhelming force ready to be unleashed at any given moment.

Kyaro: You two come to help me or should I lay the both of you out right now?​

As the Two Chunin stood with their blades out their eyes focused upon the relic of the cloud, the once feared Raikage with a glare of blood lust, and though they watched the small girl being electrocuted and tossed aside like garbage; it wasn't until the blade she wielded carved a few inches into Kyaro's side. The reason behind this was due to him being unaware of friend and foe and her being inside the Old Raikages Chakra, thus shielding her until she is deemed a enemy along with Conductive metals must be inserted into an electrical current. As a result Kyaro would now have a knife partially sticking into his side as the two chunin seemed to smirk at this advantageous situation. Cloaking themselves with Lightning Chakra as to avoid the same flaw as that putrid girl the two swiftly darted in oppositional directions, using various objects as cover as they quickly flanked the Previous Raikage, it was clear their abilities were jumped up to Jonin and Pseudo Kage level. With their flanking position, they are granted an advantage against Kyaro as the two swiftly tossed Smoke bombs between themselves and the Old Raikage. Whilst upon the rooftops hunkering down as if hiding in fear three individuals watched with a birds eye view of Kyaro's location. Being normal citizens their chakra hadn't changed, as such determining enemy and foe was impossible. With the Birds eye view, the Mind control Link to Aito was also shared upon all the others, as if a Hive mind was influencing them; granting the two possessed chunin perfect view of their target whilst they themselves were out of visual view of their target. With swift and extremely unnatural movements of hand signs, slashes of Wind ripped through the smoke screen, only for the smoke to reconfigure itself. These Slices of Wind Chakra were meant to cancel out Kyaro's Chakra being primarily Lightning in nature; as the natural affinities of wind and lightning perfectly cancel one another out no matter the strength of the jutsu. The Collision allowing a swift disruption in Kyaro's chakra or rather openings the Chunin swiftly followed by tossing Kunai's adorned with sheets labeled Explosion. As they were covered by the veil of Smoke these kunai's tossed by a force greater than natural swiftly closed the distance before visual ques can be seen. Reaching a few inches from Kyaro before his chakra could reconstruct itself the papers adorned with the tag explosion ignited; on both his left and right, a ball of fiery heat erupted around him, circling and consuming his visual spot.

As their previous Kage, these Possessed Chunin knew this wasn't even close to enough to moderately harm Kyaro, but that wasn't their goal; no the explosive force of energy was enough to drive the knife sticking in Kyaro even deeper, targeting his right kidney and rupturing it. A non fatal blow to the old Raikage, but a blow none the less for should Kyaro remove the knife at any point he would begin bleeding uncontrollably. As such with the birds eye view disrupted by the explosion, two more shinobi of the cloud appeared upon the rooftops, these being two jonin level shinobi who radiated with a physical strength of a kage. Their gaze focused down upon the battle as lightning chakra mode remained in effect with the two infected jonin. The Chunin though changing their flanking position to infront and behind Kyaro remained in their lightning Chakra Cloak. Their eyes fixated and in attention for any surprise attacks... Meanwhile far on the outside of the village, in the four cardinal locations of a map, the Infect Jonin used their hive mind link with the others who remained hiding indoors as if scared to step out, but with view of the Kage's office to keep an eye on the Raikage and the people inside. With a 360 degree view outside of the sky and underground should someone walk outside that office that is not of the cloud or the raikage herself, the continued prepping Lime Light Jutsu would be unleashed, completely vaporizing the Office and large portion of the village. The distance that these Jonin were at were far beyond the sensory of the Clouds even best shinobi, meaning one would never know where they were let alone what they were doing. And as they continued to charge their Lightning Chakra should their preparation go without needing to be fired preeptively the power behind the Lime Light Jutsu will reduce the entire village into a smoldering crater of ash and death.

With the little girl being taken out of the equation, his annoyance grew as he allowed himself to be stabbed by a knife; A mistake on his end though this unfortunate event did allow him see that not all of the people who were suddenly turning against thier own were acting without thought. They had plans to get close to whoever their target(s) were which was something he definitely had to be cautious about since it was no way of knowing who was friend or foe in this situation. His suspicions had also been confirmed by the two Chunin who suddenly entered their lightning chakra cloaks, there was no reason for them to use such a technique on mere civilians and it was no way they could sense something he wasn't; This could only mean they were after him. This caused a smirk to come across the face of the previous raikage, things were definitely about to get interesting but he knew he also needed to hold back until he was able to get a glance at their full capabilities. Knowing he could possibly kill them if he went all out from the start, it was a smart decision in his own head since he didn't want to kill people who were clearly under some sort of mind control. Even though he could feel their levels were on a different level now, Kyaro still wanted to avoid killing his own people IF he could help it, but if it turns out that he'd need to go all out then so be it. Remaining calm, he watched as the two shinobi flanked him as he simultaneously removed the knife from his body. His demeanor never faltered as he could tell exactly where the two shinobi were the entire time, even after feeling the presence of their wind jutsu flying in his direction; The previous raikage accepted their jutsu head on as he held the knife in his hand. As expected, not much was done to him from their combined jutsu due to the chakra type the 3 of them held which ultimately resulted in all 3 natures being cancelled out.

As he held the knife in his hand, he used a small amount of chakra to coat the knife before launching it in the direction of one of the chunin who had attacked him with wind. At the last second of contact, Kyaro release a powerful gust of wind chakra from his fingers that sent the knife hurling at nearly Mac 1 speeds. This caused the knife to easily cut through one of the Kunai that was heading in his direction with little to no effort and the speed was enough to take the tag back to the chunin before it was able to detonate, leaving the possessed shinobi to deal with his own explosion. However, even though one was taken out of the equation, the second one made its mark which definitely allowed the Kunai to dig a bit deeper into Kyaro's skin than the knife had previously done. The intensity of the connection made the former raikage winse in pain for a brief moment as it caught him off guard but it also made him proud to see they were at least smart enough to come up with a descent plan to wound him. He also felt the chakra signatures of two others show up who appeared to be much stronger than the two he was already in the midst of battle with.

Kyaro (Mind): What? I got hit? Hahaha, interesting! There's two more here now as well, seems i get to break off some rust my first day back!​

Now, standing face to face with one of the shinobi along with the one behind him should the explosive not get rid of him, things from this point on was only going to get more intense. As such, an abundance of lightning chakra accumulated around his very being similar to that of the lightning chakra cloak, though with more intensity and the sheer sound of it sounds like that of a raging thunder storm. In a short burst, the very ground beneath him erupted with the sound of a thunder clap and the distance between Kyaro and the shinobi in front of him closed in what seemed like an instant. By the time the shinobi came to realize what was happening, his throat will already be in the grasp of Kyaro and being choked out as the wind component from his mixed KKG eliminated the lightning cloak surrounding the shinobi. Though this wasn't the only thing at play here as a glow around the neck of shinobi where Kyaro's hand was took place and began sapping the strength from him just, this happening just as quickly the initial attack.

Kyaro: Tell me, how does it feel to be at the mercy of a god. Give up already, there's no way you're ever going to defeat me!​

This wasn't directed towards the shinobi himself but towards whoever was responsible for controlling his subordinates. After his speech, Kyaro will slam the chunin into the ground with such force that will not only knock him out but shatter the some of his bones and even damaging the spinal cord. Once again, with yet a second thunderclap, Kyaro will have appeared right above the chunin that was behind his previous position with a superkick to the ground, using his body like a skateboard before performing a backflip and hooking the chin of the ninja with his foot to toss him into the air only slightly. Just like before, the components of his KKG will eliminate the cloak surrounding the shinobi. As the targetted ninja was throwin into the air, Kyaro was relentless and followed up with an even more dangerous combo resulting in a stunning kick to the gut followed by a barrage of over 70 hits all happening within but a couple seconds that were way too fast to track even for someone familiar with the technique. These attacks were of crushing force and were sure to break bones with every connection until the final strike came along which was a powerful elbow right to the solar plexus of the shinobi as he descended from the air after the barrage of blows. This attack will surely knock the shinobi unconscious and send him crashing into one of the nearby buildings and leaving him embedded into a wall.

As The Infected Chunin unleashed their plan; and Kyaro having removed the knife only to throw it at an incoming Kunai, the knife itself would ignite the paperbomb setting it off prematurely causing an explosion to erupt inside the smoke screen causing the knife itself that was used to counter the explosive tag kunai to ricochet into a distant building. And as these Chunin readjusted their flanking position; the one facing infront of Kyaro had his Lightning Chakra Cloak negated by Kyaro's wind portion of his KKG's Cloak whilst simultaneously canceling out his own portion of his Cloak. Though by that time for that chunin it was game over as the one who was flanked behind Kyaro swiftly prepared a trap whilst the old Kage was preoccupied, tossing Copper wires between buildings and objects. For the Chunin that Kyaro gripped by the throat, only to speak to im as if he was some type of God, the Chunin responded with a distorted vocal tone,​

"A God? How adorable that you think so highly of yourself... When a so called God couldn't even save his own Family..."​

But before the voice could finish Kyaro slammed the chunin into the ground caving it in around him leaving the body broken and shattered. But this wasn''t the end as the moment Kyaro lunged for the one behind him, he failed to realize that he was running purely on a Lightning Chakra Cloak. As a result where Kyaro hoped to ride this chunin like a skateboard was an utter Failure as the Chunnin swiftly ducked and weaved past the Previous Kage's left, positioning himself towards the left of Kyaro as his Fist came crashing into the Old kage's family jewels. A movement that couldn't be dodged, countered or evaded as the speed Kyaro was going would damage his body if he tried to move mid air. A blow though minimum in damage was enough to put the old kage to his knee's as the Chunin leaped back a couple feet into the smoke screen as his voice reverberated with the same distorted vocal tone,​

"How adorable... To think that the Old Raikage couldn't even realize who that little girl was... Allow me to refresh your memory shinobi scum. That little child that you turned into fried pork, was the very same that always brought you food and gifts when you returned to the village. The same one that you told to grow up and be as strong as your sister... How a Mighty god has fallen so low to pure stupidity and blindness. You couldn't even Save her..."​

This being said, as the smokescreen faded, it revealed the chunin holding a Kunai to the child as he swiftly plunged it into her barely conscious body; with a cough of blood her life fading from her eyes as the Chunin glared upon the Old Raikage with a grin of delight, as if Savoring the torment he was inflicting. The Chunin rising to his feet, lightning chakra crackling around him as he seemed to pull his hands across one another, initiating his trap as Senbons fired out from the buildings and objects strung across the street. These senbons cloaked with Wind Chakra nature swiftly shot towards Kyaro aiming to pierce and pin his body like a cactus as the chunin began showing signs of Degradation from the bodies limiters being removed. Blood slowly running down his left eye socket and right nostril and yet he showed no concern or pained expression. His objective was to either immobilize Kyaro or succumb him to fury...

Kyaro's eyes, sharp and focused, followed every subtle movement of his adversary. The cunin, moved with remarkable agility, evading Kyaro's lightning-fast strikes, and attempted to land an attack on his own of the former Raikage. However, Kyaro manipulated his chakra from a combined jutsu which one was only known to him. As such, the attack landed on "Kyaro" everything played out as the opponent planned up until the final word of his speech. Suddenly, thunderclap echoed through the district, twice as loud as the previous one and Kyaro materialized behind the Chunin, his foot slamming down with a force that sent shockwaves through the ground. The surge of electricity that accompanied the attack coursed through the Chunin's entire body, leaving them paralyzed as Kyaro's foot pierced through their back while he also grabbed a hold of the wrist of the Chunin, stopping him from killing the little girl. In that moment, the other "Kyaro" that was on the ground holding his jewels exploded into a small cloud just to reveal a plushie that looked like a cloud, but in the shape of the middle finger where Kyaro's body once rested, mocking the opponent's failed attempt to hurt him. This ultimately kept the enemies attention on the fake Kyaro as that's where his chakra was, while the former raikage himself was in a separate dimension thanks to his space-time ninjutsu which put him in the Thunder God Temple, making him undetectable until he switched dimensions once more to unleash his attack.

With the chunin on his stomach with a foot in his back and staring at the middle finger cloud plushie, the same force being emitted from the legendary man was the exact same as it wa right before he killed the first chunin. Even after the wind nature cancelled out his opponents lightning which will have also cancelled out the wind from Kyaro. He activated the wind nature once more just to be petty which forced an extremely dangerous amound of destructive electricity to shoot through the entire body of the chunin body, breaking down every charged particle that all matter is comprised of, including within the body of living beings, ultimately disintegrating them into nothingness and becoming nothing but dust, and ultimately killing the shinobi.

Kyaro: Shut up!​

The air crackled with an ominous energy as Kyaro's eyes glowed with an intensity that mirrored the storm brewing within him. The man speaking through his former comrades, had underestimated the depth of Kyaro's power. As the former Raikage's anger intensified, so too did the atmosphere around him. Thunder rumbled in the distance, a prelude to the tempest about to be unleashed. Kyaro's chakra surged, no longer contained by the calm exterior he typically maintained. His body emanated an aura of raw power, the very essence of the Thunder God's apprentice awakening within him. The air became heavy with the static charge of his fury, and his eyes flickered with an otherworldly lightning. Without uttering a word, Kyaro's body became enveloped in crackling electricity, a manifestation of the storm within his soul. The dark clouds gathered overhead, mirroring the turbulent emotions raging within him. Lightning arced across the sky, illuminating the scene with an eerie glow. This was enough to make anyone realize the of their mistake and rethink their lives by pissing him off, forcing fear to creep into the eyes of those who could feel his mere presence alone. Kyaro's anger was a force of nature, a tempest that could not be quelled. His silhouette became a silhouette of vengeance. This also unintintually activated his godspeed technique which made him even faster and doubled his capabilites on top of his thundercloud state.

Kyaro: Let's try this again.​

Seizing the advantage, Kyaro shifted his focus to the larger threat – a Jonin who had been observing the battle. Not even giving the Jonin time for a proper reaction, the former raikage vanished once more, whisking himself into his own personal dimension. The world around him blurred as he moved between dimensions, as his chakra was once again concealed from detection. Reappearing above the Jonin with the same superkick as previously, but this time the damaged and speed would be too much for the jonin to comprehend as he'd find himself being plumented through the building and all the way down to the ground level from the roof, using his body like a skateboard before performing a backflip and hooking the chin of the ninja with his foot to toss him into the air only slightly. Just like before, the components of his KKG will eliminate the cloak surrounding the shinobi. In the midst of the chaos, Kyaro Arashi proved once again why he was a force to be reckoned with – a master of lightning, spacetime, and strategy, weaving through the shadows and striking with thunderous power. The village bore witness to the former Raikage's prowess, a storm of destruction and precision that left his enemies in awe and defeat which made it clear as to why he was able to defeat and capture the 8 tails by himself.

Kyaro: If you can hear me you damned punk, you don't have enough power to defeat me. I advise you to either go after someone else or bring more people to fight me.​

Normally Okami wouldn't have been pleased or in any way amused by such a quick dismissal, but he understood that the village was currently facing a crisis that had now turned into a very immediate issue. However, he did need to make one thing clear to the Raikage before he positioned himself to leave through the windows of the office; specifically facing due south. This had been done immediately after Chika's dismissal of everyone in the room. "Just so we're clear, I fully expect to properly discuss terms once this is over - provided, of course, that we all get out of this alive. Before I forget though, I think you should know that Indira didn't allow me any time to pack any of my personal belongings before dragging me here." Despite how lengthy his words were, he'd made sure to make it quick. The Chunin then immediately made use of the [Body-Flicker Technique], making a half-ram hand seal before disappearing in a flicker of motion, during which he would reappear on the roof of the building, still facing due south. In this position, he was upwind of the scent of Ozone, which was beneficial for someone with his advanced natural senses. It also allowed him to see everything going on throughout the district to an extent. Feeling his battle instincts begin to trigger at the sight of such chaos, Okami would crouch down before jumping off the roof with a leap powerful enough to have him landing in the middle of a mob of civilians roughly ten blocks away from the Raikage's Mansion. When he'd kicked off, he'd done so with a strained grunt as he did so with the full physical potential currently available to him - which meant accounting for not just his own abilities as a Chunin-level ninja, but also his clan's Superior Bone Calcification & Superior Muscle Tone.

As a result, Okami had been able to stick the landing in a crouch without issue, despite the fact that it had kicked up a considerable cloud of dust. At the center of the cloud, Okami would chuckle a bit. He reckoned that if the civilians within his immediate area still had their wits about them, they'd have been scared shitless. The ones who didn't, however... Well... There's a good reason Okami had yet to let his guard down, even now. He had no way of knowing who was an enemy or an ally, so one literally could not be too careful in his situation - especially since he was far from home in a place he was entirely unfamiliar with. "Don't mind me, I'm just passing through." He said as he stood up straight in an attempt to pass himself off as a non-threat, using the dust cloud as a smokescreen to cover the fact he was coating each of his hands and tails with the technique formula for his first ever custom seal - one that combined the properties of the paralysis seal and chakra suppression seal. The sleeves of his kimono were long enough to cover his hands, and the seals on his tails were hidden under all the fur, so the smokescreen was merely a precaution. It also helped that he'd brought his personalized traveling cloak with him the entire time as an additional layer... He had everything he needed to win without causing undue harm to otherwise totally innocent civilians if it came to a fight.

Though the Chunin's Insight was spot on, and his objective of angering Kyaro achieved, his defeat was no longer of importance; the Two chunin having watched the capabilities of Kyaro were well prepared, as the moment Kyaro vanished attempted the same stupid and foolish movement and attack once more but upon one of these jonin unaware that unlike the Chunnin they were in a league of their own. As Kyaro's materialistic body manifested, in that very instant where Kyaro's foot seemed to almost touch the threshold of the Lightning chakra cloak that shrouded the own being targetted, his material body vanished by utilizing Body Flicker technique, reappearing face to face with Kyaro though the Lightning chakra cloak now cancelling Kyaro's Wind portion of his chakra as the output continued, making this insertion a definite cancellation. His body positioned horizontally as to avoid the kick entirely. The Second Jonin appeared behind Kyaro with his Lightning Chakra Cloak deactivated and switched for a wind chakra cloak which in regards cancelled out Kyaro's Lightning portion, all while Kyaro was in mid attack towards nothing. Now with both Jonin and Kyaro without a Chakra Cloak, the two simultaneously during Kyaro's motion and lack of Chakra cloak being unable to react as the reaction time granted by their chakra cloaks was stripped from him collided their fists against the left and right cheek of the Previous Raikage. A blow which would normally do moderate physical damage seemed to have done nothing at all, or rather felt like an up close flick from a rubber band. But this is what cause Aito to speak through the Jonin who was face to face with Kyaro,​

"Check Mate! I've won Kyaro! The False god falls to the power of Shadows and Darkness!"​

This though was perplexing as the two jonin landed beside Kyaro, staying near him whilst out putting their respective chakra types to Keep Kyaro's Canceled out, And yet their bodies or rather their fists seemed to ripple upon impact with Kyaro's cheek bones, was this a clue to what was going on? Yes it was, as naturally anything that touches Kyaro's skin would succumb to electric Shock these two did not. Rather it seemed their bodies were immune to that effect of bio-electrical currents. As the Jonin stared down Kyaro, they awaited a response; a sinister grin curling upon their faces...

MEANWHILE
Closer to the Raikages office, a foreigner to the Cloud district had made himself known by kicking up a small smokescreen of dust, expecting to scare people, all parties stared with almost confusion on who or what this child was. As the People of the Cloud are naturally prideful and lack that bone of fear towards Foreigners, the violence continued, Turning away from the child as if ignoring his existence returned to their battle for survival. Civilians cleaving each other apart with Rudimentary weapons. And yet some who seemed to hide from the conflict seemed to keep their gaze on everything. During this moment as the blood shed continued, a Civilian quickly rushed towards a small toddler no older than 4 years old; a bat in hand this "Infected" swung with great force, a force that would easily tear the toddlers body apart in a single blow. This though should the mysterious child leap into the fray and try to block the weapon with any part of his body would find that the limb used to block or even counter the bat would easily be torn asunder; leaving it hanging by thin threads of muscle. But should the foreigner leave this toddler to its fate, he would be forced to hear the sounds, smell the scent and see a child being torn to shreds in a single blow, the muscles tearing, organs rupturing and bones fragmenting to grains of sand.

But durning these events of carnage, Occior slept in the staff lounge, exhausted as his staff continued tending to the wounded; and deep inside his shadow, invisible to all but those who originate from a realm of shadows possessed hundreds of glowing violet and scarlet eyes; each inter connected with the Civilians and shinobi Infected, and though the number of eyes continued to grow, signalling the spread of the mind control continuing through the sliver of his being in each infected; allowing them to utilize his special Mind Control technique, a Much larger eye appeared across the torso, as if consuming or overlapping across the many others. This Being from the Shadow Realm who used Occior as a vessel even if temporary hid a dark secret; a secret that no one knew, Dr. Occior that people have come to love was nothing more but a walking corpse, being controlled by Aito... The Being who conceals itself as a shadow and blends itself in using a corpse. Now that the massive eye had appeared, a strange sensation would slowly be forced into the mind of Kyaro, one which would not only give him a glance of Occior and the Hospital, as if a vision but also insight fury and the vast linked vision of bloodshed of the innocent people. This was done as Aito had found himself the perfect Vessel. Though Occior was his counterpart, and by melding with him gained greater power, Aito was a being that needed vessels and pawns for his unnatural frailty. Now with Kyaro "Infected" and unaware that he was infected his goal was but a step closer to being realized. Now the next step of his plan was to begin, the weakening of the Clouds forces before the climax of his objective could be realized... But what would that be???

Even though his eardrums were being repeatedly ruptured and forced to regenerate only for the process to keep repeating due to the thunder caused by a source currently unknown to him, his body was also forced to adapt in order to be able to handle it thanks to his natural Remarkable Healing and Adaptive Development abilities, though the latter was one he was left entirely unaware of until now. The brief pause in the conflict within his immediate area was a much needed respite in order for this to happen - though his ears would definitely still be ringing for a while. Just because he could then handle the thunder without his eardrums being blown up didn't mean he had fully adjusted to it.

When the conflict resumed, Okami decided not to question it. After all, it was Kumogakure. Instead, what he did do was immediately move to stop what would have otherwise been the brutal murder of a four-year-old child right in front of him. Not taking any chances, Okami would once again make use of the [Body-Flicker Technique], reappearing right in front of the adult civilian with his left hand perfectly positioned at the correct timing to both wrap around the wrist belonging to the limb holding the offending weapon at the correct time to also minimize damage to himself as much as possible. Okami would place his combination seal on said wrist the very moment of contact with the slightest application of chakra necessary, effectively paralyzing the "infected" adult and thus saving the four-year-old from a painful and gruesome death.

At the same moment he reappeared, Okami would wrap one of his tails around the four-year-old child, making it seem like he was protecting the kid when he was truthfully protecting himself. In a situation like this, he couldn't be sure that the child wasn't also infected by whatever was causing the sheer pandemonium, so he'd made sure that his tail was only wrapping around the kid's arms and chest, preventing said limb from being bitten, grabbed, or stabbed by said captive while also doing so just tightly enough that he could easily feel any vibrations through said limb and react accordingly if the toddler tried to attack him. The reaction would, of course, take the form of the child being marked and paralyzed with the same seal that Okami had just branded the adult in front of him with. Of course, the child would still be able to speak regardless. This was part of a plan that was already forming in his head.

It also allowed Okami some time to gather his wits enough to make a very important decision. Even though Ouza Island had been keeping a close, watchful eye on the world around them, that didn't mean they knew everything. However, they knew enough. Cloud District had closed its borders, and were renowned for being much too prideful to ask for help even in situations like these... It seemed like that selfsame pride would be their downfall this day, and he personally wanted no hand in it - not when it was quite clear he was their only form of foreign backup. If he'd been older, more powerful, and more experienced, this wouldn't have been a problem. However, as a fresh Chunin all but literally dragged into a situation that was clearly most certainly far too great for him alone to make a real difference... Kumogakure had, whether they liked it or not, crossed a line. After all, they hadn't even bothered to notify his nation's current ruler, and had therefore failed to go through the proper channels - as such, no matter how one looked at it, he'd been abducted outright. Regardless of whether Cloud District was one of the Five Great Nations or not, such a thing was inexcusable especially when the abducted happened to be the only son and heir of the nation he was taken from. It could not be stressed enough that the main reason Okami had gone along with it in the first place was because he knew he wouldn't have been able to defeat the elite Jonin Indira.

It was with a heavy, drawn out breath that Okami made his decision. Moulding the required chakra and forming his hands into a cross-shape seal using his index and middle fingers, he would wordlessly cast the "Shadow Clone Technique", creating but a single clone of himself at the cost of exactly half of his own available chakra. With its preprogrammed orders given which would be revealed only upon reaching its destination, the Shadow Clone would use a [Body Flicker Technique] of its own to return to the exact place the original had stood within the [Raikage's Mansion]. Then, the original Okami would use yet another [Body-Flicker Technique] to reposition himself twenty blocks to the north of the Raikage's Office, the furthest he could go without using up all his remaining usable chakra - though he had still used up quite a bit considering he'd moved himself a total of thirty blocks with that one use. Okami continued to keep his guard up the entire time in case he himself was attacked by anyone else. Hopefully though, his new position on a roof several floors above the streets would be secure enough for him to test something. Turning his attention to the child secured by one of his tails, the Kitsune would speak just quietly enough for nobody else to hear.

"I have no idea if you're among those who're infected, diseased, possessed, or whatever else is going on here - but regardless, if you know a fast route out of Cloud District where I can easily get to a boat with as little fighting as possible, preferably to the West, I'd appreciate whatever you can tell me. I'm technically not even supposed to be here - I won't bore you with the details." Okami's preferred goal was to make it clear to whoever or whatever was causing this that he had absolutely no involvement in this, wanted no further involvement, and asked only for free passage out of the district... Even if it were to be a one-time-only thing. If the child was still himself or herself and was not along the afflicted, however, he would be as patient as he could manage under the circumstances. And if the child was without a family to return to, at that... Well, he wasn't about to leave the kid here where they could meet the same fate as damn near everyone else. Besides, he'd always wondered what it would be like to be an older brother.

With the attack on Kyaro concluded as both Jonin backed away, their eyes focused on the Previous Raikage, the Mind Control Melding had now become completed; as Aito's Commands would seep through the neurons of Kyaro, demanding his Body as Aito's true vessel, and as such back in the Medical Ward where occior slowly awakened, his shadow's eyes began glowing, this was to be the initiation of the plan Aito had been preparing for. Occior slowly arising from the sofa, his coworkers looking at him as his body seemed to move with a somewhat jagged and decreped movement. As if the very body was gradually breaking down revealing a more corpse like movement. Yet unimpeded, Occior slowly moved towards the window, his coworkers watching as Occior threw himself out of the window, utilizing his Object Manipulation the pipes of the Hospital tore through the building, acting as a glider as it drew him closer and closer towards Kyaro's position until alas as the pipes lost their reach the body was flung towards the front of Kyaro; crashing into the rooftop where the two Jonin stepped aside before taking a bow before this man who laid with his arms bent in a disgusting manner, the Shadow of this man slowly connected itself with the shadow of Kyaro. Like a merger between the two incopporeal beings, Occiors shadow or rather Aito Nanochi's very essence was diverting its self into Kyaro's body, mind and soul. The Eyes of the Shadow as it becomes one with Kyaros now transitioning onto Kyaro's as Aito's consciousness overtook Kyaro Arashi's. By doing so the once body of Occior was revealed to be nothing more than a Corpse, being controlled by the shadow realm being called Aito through means of chakra. As Aito adjusted to the body of Kyaro, the linked vision of the many mind controled Victims were now shared with the Old Raikage. Allowing his body to now see the plans of Aito, one in which since the beginning of the attack was being prepared to finally be unleashed. With a signal released by Aito, the four cardinal directions began releasing a massive stream of Lightning Chakra simultaneously towards the epicenter, high above the cloud district beyond visual sighting as it passed the ongoing cloud cover of the Cloud District. This massive ball of energy rapidly being created as the four pillars that rose towards it suddenly came to a halt, revealing the utter decimation of the four jonin as all the chakra in their body was expended for this Forbidden Jutsu.

Now with a massive ball high above Kumogakure, where Okami held a child with his tail after catching the wrist of the attacking civilian which though stopped tore many muscle fibers in Okami's arms, leaving their usage inoperable; and though Okami took the child to a safer position where the Kitsune would question the child for a way out of the cloud district whilst the looming ball of pure energy that spelled the end of the Cloud loomed above it. The Child constricted by the tail suddenly began acting strange, his head jerking to a tilting position as his eyes seemed to glow with a strange dark purple hue, speaking with a distorted tone in his voice,​

"If you want to leave the Cloud, My puppets will not interfere... IF you tell the shinobi world that Kyaro Arashi destroyed the Cloud village with a forbidden Jutsu; casted after going mad. Agree to this, and you will be free to leave. Should you fail to uphold this deal... Your pathetic Island will be attacked next, your people slaughtered by forced beyond your imagination. What will it be..."​

The Child's expression being twisted with a smile baring its teeth, the lips going from ear to ear as it awaited the response of Okami Kitsune. And should Okami give him a Response, The Body of the boy began rapidly breaking down; blood rapidly pouring from every opening as his brain would be reduced to mush; something inevitable for those infected.
5 minutes After the Decision/ Kyaro fleeing the village
With a decision being made, and time given for the two individuals to flee the Cloud district, the giant ball of energy struck down upon the cloud district before anyone could realize. Like a blast of light, hitting the Kage's office and spreading throughout the entire village leaving the outer Quarters scathed the Forbidden Jutsu: Limelight had been activated. Destruction on a whole nother scale was unleashed, as the lives in the blast zone were instantly snuffed out, their bodies rapidly vaporized in but a mere instant with no form of a person left behind. This assault that had been prepared for the conclusion of the Cloud's forces had finally struck true, a jutsu feared as none mind controlled and mind controlled shinobi alike were instantly reduced to atoms, it mattered not of rank or power, as Limelight was considered a forbidden jutsu for a reason. By consuming the lightning chakra of four shinobi of jonin rank or higher, positioned at the four cardinal locations, All of their chakra would be poured into a single ball of energy converted from that lightning chakra. It isn't until the attack is unleashed that its true power was alas revealed. Neighboring nations of the Cloud would see this as a massive pillar of energy descending from the heavens as upon the jutsu's completion and as the Jutsu came to a conclusion all that would remain is a smoldering crater filled with magma. Those of the Outer Portion of the Village would be left staring at the remains of what once was their village and beloved Kage should she not have escaped in those five minutes before impact. One thing though was for certain, the cloud was now crippled on military forces, their elite shinobi vaporized in an instant by the tactics of a Shadow Realm being treating the lives of others as pawns.
