Village Positions and Titles

Hello NarutoData!

In this thread you'll find the Daimyo and Kage of each major land as well as any Clan Lords in that area. What you'll also find is OOC (Out of Character) expectations for these individuals as well. With the story-based, community-driven direction NarutoData is headed, it's important the individuals with characters in positions of power act as leaders for their people. This will not only hopefully create synergy, but it'll help assist in creating an inclusive culture. The expectations are listed below.

• Recruitment — Village Leaders (Daimyo, Kage, and Clan Lords) are responsible for their land and village recruitment. While the moderator and administrative team will insist with the input of new members, it ultimately falls into the hands of the Village Leaders to recruit members into their land. They are also expected to work with their members in helping assist characters and so forth.
• Village Activity — Village leaders must work together with moderators and administrators in order to create activity for their members. This means working together and creating Missions or even some form of Mini-Arc within their village that creates activity. The leaders of respective village can also work with the Green Team, the mod team in charge of missions, to set up missions that uncover information in regards to the main arc.
• General Activity — Village Leaders are expected to remain active. If they are inactive for more than one month, the positions will be vacated and other interested parties will be allowed to sit in them. This also includes items and items such as Tailed Beast, Seven Ninja Swords, and so forth.

The goal is to create a system of where Moderators and Village Leaders are working in tandem to create activity. The vision is that when a global story arc is released, Village Leaders work with the Moderator team to create an arc for their village in which it uncovers some of the story plot and creates activity.

Now. Below you'll find the respective roles of each Village Leader for the Five Great Nations and whether or not they are vacant.

Land of Earth —

• Tsuchikage: Position Vacant
• Daimyo: Position Vacant
• All Clan Lord Positions Vacant

Land of Water —

• Mizukage: Position Filled | Isamu Chinoike
• Daimyo: Position Vacant
• All Clan Lord Positions Vacant

Land of Wind —

• Kazekage: Position Vacant
• Daimyo: Position Vacant
• All Clan Lord Positions Vacant

Land of Lightning —

• Raikage: Position Vacant
• Daimyo: Position Vacant
• All Clan Lord Positions Vacant

Land of Fire —

• Hokage: Position Filled | Mowa Sozo*
• Daimyo: Position Vacant
• All Clan Lord Positions Vacant — Except Uzumaki Clan (Ketsugo Uzumaki) & Hyuga Clan (Sayu Hyuga)

*Land of Fire will be reset to Mowa Sozo as the Hokage following Heiwa Sozo.

Just following up this thread with more information regarding the reset, upcoming systems, and what to expect next update.

In regards to Villages, all village defenses have been reset to base level. What does this mean?

• Any sophisticated technology or barrier systems have been reset. This does not mean they cannot be rediscovered or created, but if done so, they will be done so in a logical timeline. This also includes any militant branches.
• Villages, if they so choose, will be allowed to have standard defenses such as a sensory barrier and whatever environmental advantage they have based of their location. Ex. Land of Water would have a powerful Naval Force in comparison to other Villages.

Characters —

• All characters, whether they have been approved or not, will be required to go through an approval process. When re-doing your biography, please ensure you are familiar with the method in which Jutsu Mastery and Base Attributes are being calculated.
• Sage Mode and Tailed Beast Mastery has been reset. These abilities and levels of mastery can be achieved again through roleplay where Story Context and Luck will be taken into account.
  • Disclaimer: Sage Mode and Tailed Beast Mastery are rare. Anyone that meets the prerequisites of becoming a Sage or Tailed Beast is more than welcome to do so, but their story will be overlooked by admins and moderators to ensure top-tier quality.

Other Resets —

• All Jinchūriki have been reset outside of the only active one, Mowa Sozo. Tailed Beast are roaming free.
• Indra and Ashura reincarnates have been reset and the position is open for anyone interested.
• Seven Swordsmen positions are open.
  • Note: If interested partner with the current Mizukage.
• If your character was deceased pre-reset, they will remain deceased.

Upcoming Systems & Things to Look Out For —

• Bingo Book System, a system for anyone interested in the occupation of being a Bounty Hunter.
• Currency System, a system that give more information in calculating a realistic net worth alongside how currency can play a factor in story.
• Continuity Check, a system that will allow the community members to voice their concerns privately if another party is breaking the continuity of the roleplay in any given moment. Ex. Someone is using OOC information or the decisions their characters are making IC are not making sense.
• Genin Rule, a rule where each member is required to have an active genin will be brought back.

Some others things to look out for are a release of Good Practices moving forward. There is an incredible amount of information gone through every few weeks of roleplay so it is important that we remain diligent and update progresses on the Wiki Page as well. Lastly, Moderators and Admins are working on a Story Arc once majority of the systems are up and running. That's all for now.
