A man of the watchful eye, no detail went unnoticed. His visions penetrated the shackles of the submarine as it remained submerged within the abyss. As confident as he was in his abilities, Isamu could not engage in battle blindly. Isamu's eyes throbbed as he could steadily feel his chakra collecting there. His
auditory and
visual prowess became an innate ability of his and extended onto the foreign land. Even though he far exceeded the rank of Anbu, his training and mental fortitude remained the same as he was here for only one particular reason...to retrieve the daughter of
The Seer. While his chakra was concealed by the small ship's barrier system, he took the time to analyze the land before setting foot on it. Isamu's visual prowess far exceeded that of just ordinary chakra sensory but traced one's life force that he could use to predict their next series of movements or determine if they were dead or alive. His ears synchronized with his crimson orbs easily sharing the same distance as his visual range. Centered in the middle of the ship he stood motionless and his face had not managed to rally an expression. Staring absentmindedly ahead, his vision penetrated through the metallic walls and traversed throughout the foreign land. It felt like the wind was nipping against his telescopic vision as he began to rapidly sense the chakra, life-force, and sound emitting both within and outside of one's body, carefully letting him deduce the woman who he was looking for. Within a few minutes, he was able to locate the woman whose blood shared a striking resemblance to the Ashida Lord and The Blood Witch of the Mist. Her ebony skin and onyx black hair shared a striking resemblance to who Isamu once addressed as 'sensei'. The infrastructure the woman rested in was the tallest tower in the village with a kanji symbol that read
'lightning'. The interior design and the stacked papers became all too well to the likes of Isamu whose setup was fairly different but looked the same. It was safe to assume this was the Raikage's office.
"Bingo". Isamu opened his mouth, a tense look on his face as his hand gestured upward signaling for the captain to raise the ship slightly above sea level.
Popping open the door, darkness once more emerged as the sun traversed elsewhere leaving the moon in charge to keep watch of the inhabitable planet. Unsheathing the infamous fangs of Kirigakure from his back, Isamu's arms extended straight towards the sky channeling a small portion of his chakra into the lightning-imbued blades. The process was rather quick and his blades shimmered with a blue electrical current that engulfed the twin swords, harshly sizzling as the lightning became too powerful to sit idle within the blades. Isamu's hands shivered with the jolting of the blades but were not to be mistaken as if Isamu was unable to control lightning. His magnifying vision studied the land, familiarizing it, so he could determine the range of his jutsu. Looking at his pupil Kazuo, he verbalized his concern for him and uttered the outcome of him dying had he stood one meter too close. The humongous streams of lightning escaped from the blades imprisonment and soared into the sky of The Village Hidden in Lightning. The buzzing and hissing, trembled with anger as it jolted upwards sending an electrical
essence into the clouds, allowing the Mizukage to create natural lightning strikes from any location. Drawing upon a large thunderous cloud to his liking, supplementing the power of natural lightning that he could control. With strings of lightning moving at a speed of 1/1000th of a second to reach the ground. It was deemed damn-near impossible for one to sense the raw lightning, dodge, and/or attempt to mold chakra and combat the stream of lightning that had not contained an ounce of chakra within them. The floods of lightning were unbiased and conveniently aimed at the Iwagakure shinobi, though these were not the only targets of Isamu's lightning. Flooding Kumogakure with uncontrollable lightning, it stuck down with might causing the ground to shock and awaking each villager from their slumber into a panic state. Thunderbolts crashed down producing small pools of flames that slowly ignited surrounding buildings, chaining the fire together until it formed a puddle of flames.
Within this chaos, the Mizukage's face that was once drawn blank now smiled as if a sudden beam of light illuminated the Earth. His shark-like triangular teeth flickered as he enjoyed the hellish scenery before him.
"Formation C" Isamu's voice triumphed above the chucking and cheering that emerged from the masked shinobi who kept their distance. Releasing his grip from the blades, Isamu placed his hands near his side while the blades remotely remained in the air as it continuously catalyzed the onslaught of lightning. Using his dojutsu to read both the thoughts, life-force, and chakra Isamu was able to use his highly perceptive and analytical skills to synch his chakra and hand seals to both of his hunter-nin. Simuatemously forming the same hand seals, the three shinobi were able to summon their collaborative jutsu. Within a second of completing their hand seals and molding the necessary chakra, siphoning liquid precipitation from the newly formed stormed clouds came pouring down moving at a speed of 20 mph. After the misty rain came into fruition, one would truly show how powerless one was without the ability to command chakra the way one wanted to. Isamu's pupil would not share the same faith as his targets, allowing Kazuo to fight at full capacity had he wished to.
Removing themselves from the submarine's confines, the four shinobi were no longer guarded by the ship's chakra suppression barrier technique. With the ability to completely mask his chakra system, Isamu combined this ability with his silent killing technique allowing him to remove in complete silence and not draw attention to himself.
"Today is the day you prove to me that you are worthy to hold the rank as a Chunnin. Your goal is to defeat and capture the Ashida princess. Like the former Daimyo, she may possess Erasure Release a Kekkei Tora that destroys you on a molecular level." Isamu's words were sent telepathically to his student. Even though he had faith in his student, he knew that the upcoming battle could be the cause of the genin's death, but was a testament to how much Isamu believed in him.
Liquidfiying his body, Isamu soon utilized the pre-existing water molecules to travel towards his destination. Through the use of the Water Flicker Jutsu, he was able to travel a great distance, now appearing at the entrance of the Raikage's building. With mysterious telepathic control over the Kiba swords, they followed after him and appeared behind his side only a few seconds later. Hiding his appearance from the world he pressed forward in hopes to approach the Raikage and forcefully make him retreat one of his shinobi back into the Land of Water's possession. Those who attempted to block his pathway to the Raikage's office soon met their demise as the Mizukage tilted his head towards the enemy forces and willingly broke his secret identity to make eye contact with those born with naked eyes. The fallen bodies became victims of Isamu's sinister touch, infusing his chakra into the immobilized beings. He and his pupil's silent steps ascended to the top of the building for their encounter with the Raikage.
With no idea of what was happening, the people of Kumogakure would potentially blame the Supreme Leader of the Land of Earth, as problems had not existed before his arrival. Potential casualties, hospitalizations for severe injury, and the burning of businesses all happened at once. Hidden in the shadows, it was safe to assume that the Land of Earth declared war against the Land of Lightning.
