Flickering into existence, the blonde-haired Kage had strolled the halls of the H shaped building. The hallways and laboratories had been fulfilled with a blue-coated scientist who devoted their lives to studying genetics and mutations. Their brilliant minds were needed desperately today as they would be studying two vials of mysterious DNA and snake specimen. Looking to the head of the Department Tensai Yugashi, Isamu would speak directly to him before relinquishing the vials that contained the iron-rich liquid.
"The DNA in the syringe was extracted from Orochimaru himself...the second in the glass bottle here was I would say a gift of sorts...I need you to analyze both DNA samples and purify them. I want those injected into my body, but I don't want them to cause any harm to me"
"Understand Lord Mizukage, but I'm not sure how long this may take."
"Take your time Doctor Yugashi, this is of top urgency so I ask you postpone any other project you are working on at the moment"

Waiting in the patient area, the crimson orbs would watch as the Doctor would gather his team of scientists dispersing into the closed window lab. Their outfits had altered as they now wore a gas mask and tightly fitted suits that covered every inch of their body, covering each pore making it unreachable for any toxin to reach. Equipped with gloves the scientist would put both the vials of blood in Hematology instruments. The blood instrument had the ability to measure blood counts, detect proteins or enzymes, and help to diagnose illnesses or genetic defects. The instruments include analyzers, flow cytometers, coagulation analyzers, and slide stainers. A purple hue would light up on the screen as it detected a poisonous substance within Orochimaru's blood. Using Hemodialysis is a medical treatment in which dialysis is used to remove poisons and toxins from a patient's blood. This process had taken three hours long as it completely extracted the poisonous nature from Orochimaru's blood and purifying it completely, deeming it safe to be inserted into anyone's veins. The same process was done to the other mysterious blood sample was also purified treating it that so it would not have negative effects once inserted inside their beloved Kage. Once extracting both of the purified blood samples, they'd begin to take the blood samples and duplicate them by a hundredfold. By mutating Jugo's DNA they'd be able to configure the genetics allowing them to provoke mental instability, sporadically feeling sudden, and uncontrollable urges to kill.
"Lord Mizukage, we have finished analyzing and cloning the blood samples. It has been determined that the blood sample given to you by Orochimaru is actually the DNA of Jugo. A dare friend of Hozuki Suigetsu. We've done a lot of research on him and it seems his Kekkei Genkai that allows its members to absorb and make use of natural energy without any training in senjutsu. We've also mutated the blood so that it wouldn't affect your mental state. Are you ready for your procedure?

The enthusiastic Isamu would say as he stood up desperately moving closure to the windowless lab. Placing himself within a hospital cot he'd be hooked up to Venipuncture Device, an autonomous robotic machine that located a likely suitable vein, inserting the needle, and even injecting the blood sample. Isamu's new fabricated body possessed a unique genetic make-up that allowed for tissue and organ transplantation with absolutely no chance of rejection. This advanced venipuncture device was designed to safely perform blood draws and injects on peripheral forearm veins. Performed twice both injecting Orochimaru's DNA and Jugo's DNA, another rebirth had surfaced inside the man and he attached a power level that people would think was not possible.
Isamu began to sweat profusely as the power was very much bearable but took massive reserves of will power to absorb the humongous power gain. Drying himself with a towel, Isamu's body temperature would reach regular temperature within the next ten minutes as his body began to adapt to the new power that resided inside of him. The small electrical eel that presided in his body that contained black lightning gifted by Kuro to help him master senjutsu begin to react to Jugo's DNA. The natural manifested around his body becoming stronger every minute. For some weird reason, Isamu felt closer to nature. A new age of rebirth was set upon the world, time was of the essence when the man would master and showcase his new profound abilities.

After the sudden and devastating declaration by the being known as Madoguchi, it would seem as though as he had retreated into the chakra source as fast as he had arrived. Due to this sudden retreat by the alien threat, the world leaders have ordered all citizens' return effective immediately.

"Master, I've monitored the numbers all day yesterday, and they presented to be stable. But for some reason, the numbers seem to be off the charts today. I've tried to recalibrate the numbers, but there is no error in my part". A voice cried in disappointment knowing he would suffer the consequences had the experiment failed again. Amata the assistant program director of the Scientific Research and Development Institute feared that he would become his master's next victim. Amata sported having raven short-haired man's tiny figure was covered by a white lab coat that seemed to be carefully ironed. His heart pounded sporadically as his master's silence cut deeper than any blade. Without a word, the man who he referred to as master sat idly, while his face crafted a smirk. "Master TensaiAmata gulped before slightly whispering his master name. Silence still lingered throughout the room. The underground location was dark and had little to no lighting except for a pink liquidated light that illuminated the pitch-black room. Without warning the organisms inside the tanks begin to grow exceptionally large, becoming too big to be sheltered in their breeding tanks, and eventually had broken out. The 26 pods had all broken simultaneously and freed the beings that looked far from human.
A look of confusion and terror formed on Amata's face as he was in disbelief at what was happening. Surrounding him in an almost perfect circle was dark ebony-colored beasts. Amata's frail body shook, panting backward as he could not understand what they were, as his research he had been working on for the past decades is making human beings who could create natural and compatible limbs to shinobi. "Master Tensai what are these abominations? Amata squealed hoping the Program Director would answer him this time. Clearing up his throat, the man known as Tensai begins to speak. "Foolish Amata. You still are the same dimwit since the day I met you. Ever since we started this experiment, it was funded by my greed and hopes to eradicate Kirigakure for good. The Land of Water will be led by a new regime. I've created the perfect specimen whose body is acceptable to all DNA. Now I'll be able to lead an army of Kekkei Genkai Beast. The more Blood I gather from people who are born with Kekkei Genkai, the more powerful my beast will come." Tensai's sinful voice pierced into Amata's heart without any remorse. Soon after finishing his long-awaited speech, a simple handle gesture had formed and the beast concurrently attacked Amata their co-creator. The monster's sharp teeth plunged into Amata's limbs ripping them off in instant. Amata was completely obliterated, and his existence had ceased from this world. Getting up from his seat, Tensai began to insert the Hybrid beast with injunctions that read Ice and Lava. The monsters were freakishly tall and all seemed to have sharp teeth, gills like sharks, their feet resembled that of a hawk, and sprouted out wings in order to fly.
With Tensai's command, the monsters targeted the Kirigakure Chapter. Why this location exactly? The Chapter offered some of the best and most brilliant minds that could synthesize a cure and turn these monsters human again. By attacking the most brilliant scientist in the Land, Kirigakure would have no other choice but to fight these chimeras'. With a speed that seemed unrivaled, the beast begin their massacre. Freezing and melting scientists, to erase them from existence. All scientists had not been killed, but the shinobi of Kirigakure had not hurried, the massacre would have been complete.
As Sōma Chinoike and her daughter arrived at the Hidden Mist Gates, the girl asked her mother nervously, "Are you sure we are safe here?" The woman looked at her kid with a confident smile and ruffled through her kid's purple locks before leading the way to the large building that was surrounded by many guards, The older woman reassured the girl, "I promise to get you the right education and a home that we can call our own, as long as there is a peaceful negotiation for our entry into Kiri" in which the girl was comforted and felt safe in her mother's arms because of how strong she had been and was during their training sessions over the last two years. Once they arrived at the gate where two guards stood with Kiri masks on, the first guard spoke "Do you have an appointment with the Mizukage?" his rough voice seemed to scare Tsutsui a little but Sōma only smiled at this and replied "Indeed we do, me and the lord of your land spoke two weeks ago regarding my appointment and to show you guys our seal once we arrived" after presenting their seal given by the Daimyo's assistant the guards allowed them in into the village where everyone looked either high-class nobles with important jobs or low born workers that still dressed similar to the upper-class people that roams the streets, giving Sōma and Tsutsui a odd look as they head towards the Mizukage Residence in the upper level of Kiri "Do you want to get to the building faster?" Sōma ask the young girl who nods with excitement then they took off leaping up the building and run across a few to reach the residence taking seven minutes tops before they leapt through one of the windows near in the lower level and announced their presence to the receptionist
Havoc had spread amongst the wave of people within the Iruka Sector. While some bodies had been trapped within domes of ice, others had ceased from existence through the use of the Lava style techniques. The chimeric beast sore through the skies, exhaling a high pitched streaked that echoed throughout the Iruka sector. The obnoxious noise generated high-frequency sound waves that are capable of simultaneously disorienting the foe by overwhelming their hearing. Those who were born with an advance auditory senses were beyond doomed as death was ensued if they could not silence the beast prompily. Breaking off into groups, two of the numerous Kekkei genkai beast stayed behind as they spotted both Soma Chinoike and her young innocent daughter. The kekkei genkai beast blood lust expelled from their body and was siphoned by all who had not challenged the intent with their willpower.
Beyond the bodies, in the Department of mutation and genetics building, there were two human auras. Kneading chakra within its throat, the volcanic beast relinquished a strong acidic mud flow, even capable of corroding flesh. It transformed the chakra inside its body into a powerful acidic fluid that would melt anything and spits out the viscous fluid from its mouth. Both the shape and the amount was determined by the beast at it'd easily overwhelm a shinobi who were had not prepped themselves. The second monster strategically flew on the opposite side of Soma and her daughter in an attempt to attack from their blindspot. With it's jaws expanding the ice demon unleashed a barrage of ice darts. The intensity of the cold was so great, that should a person attempt to block it with their body, it would cause severe damage to the afflicted limb. The hardness of the ice itself along with its momentum is dangerous.and was capable to easily break through metal. The beast flaunted it's ego with noise that mimicked laughter, but sounded more like a mating call.
Whatever plans Soma had were abruptly stopped and was now stuck in the Iruka Sector until she subdued the beast. Surrounding the kunoichi's feet was a pool of blood who once challenged the beast and immediately was killed in action. Those whose death was postponed looked to the lady of the Chinoike Clan to protect them. Their bodies sweated profusely engulfing their bodies in an odor they had only recognized when physically meeting their limits. Their heart pumped blood five times as faster, pupils and irises shrunk simultaneously as they could not control the amount of fear that entered their bodies. Bodies viberarted and clashed against metal, shivering as if they were attempting to warm their blood due to the cold atmospheric weather. All eyes darted onto the kunoichi as the beasts attack grew closer, civilians and scientist were unsure if the woman was the beasts next victim or their hero.
The Chinoike Kunoichi's chakra signature related to that of the Mizukage as if they shared the same bloodline, but her scent had not shared the odor as those of the Mist. She was indeed a foreign ninja as she had not been listed in the bingo book nor the Land of Water national book of citizens and shinobi. The Mizukage eyes penetrated through the walls of his office and focused on the single mother and her child. His doppelganger did the same in an disclosed location. He could tell she bore from the same clan, but he had no interest in protecting a fellow Chinoike who were useless in their adulthood. Isamu attempted to keep distant and carefully watch the woman's next set of moves if she intended to remain alive.
Having failed to notice the chaos around her leaving Tsutsui to pick up four creatures by her instinctive hearing, frowning at this she stops causing Sōma to halt her approach to the building and looks at her daughter "What is it?" she asks but stops and looks towards the sound of ice shards raining down to them prompting her to quickly form a few seals then slams her palm down to summon a large earth wall adorned with two large snakeheads but the shards were able to pierce through the thick while some shattered upon impact. The non-stop barrage of ice forced the two to flee into the Iruka Sector but some of the shards cut into them when they landed but ended up in the line of fire where the second beast launched its acidic mud at them which Sōma quickly pushed Tsutsui behind her before forming another set of seals for hernext technique, kneading the chakra in her stomach while Tsustui looks upwards to find their assailant that attacked them with ice shards but only gotten painful ear piercing screeching from the flying chimera, the area shook with intensity that she even noticed the wounded men and civilians were shacking with fright that even made the young girl frighten for both Sōma and her own life.
When the acidic fluid came near them, Sōma was forced to grabs Tsutsui and move but more shards came flying their way forcing the woman to pull a kunai out and deflect a few but gets cut up "We're boxed in" she announces but sees the blood on the ground, this gave her an idea "Tsutsui, you think you can keep them occupied with some tricks?" when she asked this of the little girl, she was in pure fear for her life but the older woman snaps Tsutsui out of it with a hard smack "Can you stall them?" she asked again which the girl nods and ran out to the acidic beast and forms a two hand seals creating five shadow clones that began to run towards it while Tsutsui stayed behind dodging and evading more ice shards running on all four, ducking behind some barrels and human corpses to avoid getting hit with the exception of one shard cutting her on the forehead leaving a nasty wound there. Watching her daughter do her best to survive, Sōma ran out to the large pool of blood then slices her palm, drawing blood onto the pool causing it all to erupt into a eight headed blood hydra, there she used them to lunge at the beast near Tsutsui with their fangs with fast strikes.
The sounds of snickering echoed throughout the sector. The laughter was childish and chastizing, but where had this laughter come from? Blue-colored chakra surrounded the two chunin's feet, which allowed them to defy the law of gravity. Mounted on the imperial building that stored internal and external genetic DNA their eyes had targeted the Chinoike woman and her child. The security had been breached from the inside out by Doctor Tensai, a loyal surgeon who inherited his genius from his forefathers and helped advance the militaristic power of the Land of Water. His willpower and visions became corrupted somewhere in life, and he had now been labeled a traitor. Dr. Tensai's life would cease to exist sooner rather than later, and he sent two of the most skilled chunnin within the village to handle this internal affair.
"It looks like Dr. Tensai used our DNA to create these abominations brother." The red-haired boy name Kasei spoke. His demeanor and voice existed side-by-side as calm and collected. Kasei's ocean blue orbs focused on the beast that poorly performed his technique. Just off observation, he could tell that the beast had a lack of chakra control and had not used the jutsu to its full control. This was a rare case of nature vs nurture, as the test-tube baby was fabricated to use ninjutsu for protection and destruction, a trained shinobi could easily decipher the weakness of the monster's "jutsu".
"Kehehehe...The monsters kinda look like you Kasei. If you die today, I'll ask Dr. Tensai to clone you...kehehehe." The snow hair boy exclaimed while failing to stay serious. Kori chuckled immensely even while surrounded by the grotesque and gory surroundings. Kori's comments targeted his brothers in high hopes to upset him but released streaks of laughter when noticing the beast's novice ice-style jutsu. Like the monster who released an acidic liquid, the ice beast too lacked chakra control and its jutsu was nowhere near Kori's Ice Release jutsu.
Without needing to form hand seals, the twin brothers performed the Body Flicker Technique in which they "disappeared" from their previous location and appeared near both Soma and her fleeting daughter. The Chinoike kunoichi deflected some of the ice shards with her kunai but ultimately could not follow the shards with her crimson orbs. Both of the twins scoffed a bit as they witnessed blood escape from her body. Their immediate thoughts were that the woman who hailed from the same clan had not had the same strength as their kage as their Mizukage would have finished this battle in an instant. Surrounding the chunnin were physical distractions manufactured from her will and chakra. Some of the shards phased through the "clones" but had not changed their approach. The creatures were practically brainless and predictable. Channeling her chakra into the iron-rich liquid she was able to form the blood into an eight-headed blood hydra. The blood-formed beast traveled at blinding speeds and sunk their fangs into the monsters, in which they succeeded. Immobilizing both beasts, Kasei and Kori performed a more perfected and powerful version of the jutsu that the beast summoned earlier. The ice-shards Kori had summoned from both palms pierced through the beast's, severing all external and internal organs from the beast. Upon contact, the whole beast's body froze, deeming it impossible to survive even after being decapitated. The beast who followed Tsutsui, body melted once Kasei expelled a strong acidic mudflow from his lips. The powerful acidic fluid was controlled and x10 more powerful than what the beast had displayed earlier. To further display his mastery, the fluid had only targeted the beast and had not endangered Tsutsui.
"I suggest you move to the Kinnomizu Sector. Dr. Tensai reported traveling to Prison Island. We'll keep your daughter safe. Your help is needed elsewhere." Kasei expelled in a stern voice.
Upon immobilizing the threat with the eight-headed hydra gripping the beast tightly with a sadistic and satisfied smile on her face before looking down at her cut body and forcing her blood back into the cuts and stitching up the wounds shut both beasts inflicted on her while her daughter evaded its attacks but she did not hear the two boys appear behind her nor the ice shards that whizzed past her and hit the beast, severing its internal organs instantly causing the beast to die but Sōma was not satisfied with this so she formed a sword made from the victims' blood and decapitate the creature's head then look back at the boys with curiosity and cautiousnessas they kill the other beast with ease and more power into the attacks that butchered the beast flying even Tsutsui looked amazed at these two in wonders till one of them spoke to Sōma sternly "I am Sōma Chinoike from Land of Witches, me and my daughter were coming here to become official citizens of Kiri" in a blink of an eye she was behind the two boys while her daughter looked just as confused never seeing her mother move that fast "please relay to me what the hell is going on or should i report to the mizukage before going to the Kinnomizu Sector" she ask not even caring that hell going on in the village.
Tsutsui looked and felt amazed and terrified by the power these people possess from years of training or other sinister methods to gain such power, something her family has often mentioned before many times during her first initial year of training but never bothered to actually look into such claims but Tsutsui believe these two young boys are good in nature "Mother, I'll be fine with them, besides I can representing our nation with you serving as nations sword" looks up at the two boys "can you escort me to the Mizukage's office?"
